“This is one of the most well-designed antique stores I’ve been in. On top of a great selection, the way they stage their furniture and decor (mix of antique, refurbished, and mid-modern, contemporary) is really great. If you like eclectic, this will likely appeal to you. We love it.”
“Two thumbs up, these folks understand what customer service is all about. They are more than fair and if you don't like the price, you do not have to sell to them. They treated me more than fair! I will be a repeat customer!”
“A really charming little antique store outside Winchester. They had wide selection of interesting artifacts and collectibles, including a vintage Movie Fred Flintstone doll and a neat little booth of 3D Printed goods. I ran into a nice man who I think was the owner who I had a pleasant chat with as well. Totally worth checking out”
“Beautiful building and the pieces inside were amazing!! Nice placement of everything. We enjoyed this awesome find while road tripping. Took Home some beautiful stained glass because that’s all we could fit in the car after Christmas . Will be back !”
“Great diversity of great quality items.
Most items are items no longer made or of the quality of when things were made in the USA.
Bought a 30 plus year old Craftsman circular saw with the solid metal housing for $20 it will outlast a new plastic saw and cuts better.”
“This place was recommended by someone. So, I went to check out. It had so many stuffs and I can smell the past as soon as I walked in. You can spend many hours here if you are into these.”
“I LOVE this antique and contemporary furniture shop -- huge inventory, lots of high-quality items, interesting and unique experience to browse and find hidden gems among the overflowing floor space (part of the unvarnished charm of the place).
Excellent and worth your time.
Dave is really terrific -- knowledgeable and fair, a real pro. Listens and helps you find what you want, not just what he wants to sell.
Pricing? Sure, high if you are comparing it to junk shops and flea markets. My wife and I have been to many, many places like that which claim to be antique markets or shops, but turn out to be selling yard-sale quality items which a Salvation Army Store would not accept.
Dave's inventory is mostly high-quality and in great shape, a lot of unique pieces, and given the extent of the inventory, you are more likely to find what you need -- in fact, we have found several viable options for the table or the art work or the desk of a certain size and style we desired.
Very highly recommend Long Valley Traders.”
“We've bought quite a few pieces from GNC. Some of the bad reviews are absolutely unfair. The entire process is readily available online. Looks like some people were unprepared and lazy. The entire staff have ALWAYS been kind and friendly. They pick your items, that are usually left of some type of a cart for YOU to take to your vehicle. If it needs to be disassembled...that's on you.”
“Absolutely beautiful. This shop is overflowing with perfection for any home.
From decor to art to upholstery to exterior planters to unique kitchen utensils and foodstuffs. Artfully presented.”
