They didn’t require any payment until the service was done - on top of that the driver put my key in the dropbox and filled out a form at the dealership for me without asking. “My vehicle was T-boned bad! They were able to match the older looking Pearl White paint, to the rest of the vehicle. When you looked at it, you didn't go....damn, your passenger side is brighter. I've been skeptical of them in the past because of their forgetfulness but now Royce is making that store better. I've used them now with our business for VA tractor but also my personal vehicle too. I have a long trip coming up and they were able to get my tires road forced and its the best its ran since I've owned it.
