Hours: J. Gill's is a well-stocked store located next to a huge recreation area. It offers quality fishing, camping, and water recreation supplies, including an incredible and impressive selection of fishing gear, custom rods, and handmade baits. The store also carries a good selection of basics like beverages, groceries, produce, food, and basic household goods. While not as cheap as a big box store and a little high on pricing, it is the only place in town. The employees are friendly, helpful, and damn nice folks, with fantastic customer service and genuine smiles. The owner is also very friendly. The place has a great hometown feel, with food being served and chatting going on. It is a great stop and a must-stop, especially on the way to fish at Kerr Dam or on the way out of the park.
