“Kudos to the upgrades in Roses, they have expanded their merchandise selection and reorganized the store to meet the needs of the local folks. I always find a good bargain whenever I shop there and their prices beat the other big store in South Hill. The staff are friendly and helpful.”
“It doesn't matter which Dollar Tree I visit whether it's in VA or NC, I never can find the Tootsie Rolls. They are never on the candy aisle. They seem to be located on end caps that aren't near the candy aisle. Other than that, this store was a nice place to shop.”
“Dollar general is close to our house, less than 3 miles away. I went after 7PM which made it easier, because there were no crowds. DG always have what I need when I run out of something. Last night I purchased dishwashing liquid, a loaf of bread, 2 orange drinks, mop,noodles,spaghetti sauce, body wash, denture cleanse and pepper, Hence, I save time and money!!!”

“Huge shout out to the gentlemen working tonight. Not sure of his name but he is a super sweet, personable and calm natured man with long dreads. He was so patient being the only employee working with a line down the back isle! A woman checking out lost her receipt and was very rude during their interaction. While he patiently and kindly tried to assist while at the same time keeping the line moving she continued to be rude!! He has truly been a blessing for your location as previous clerks were rude and not attentive or friendly. I hope this reaches the right person bc this man deserves a raise and promotion! Thank you for being our small town friendly face sir! We appreciate you and you hard work and friendliness during our shopping and especially this time of year! You deserve much more recognition than my little review and I pray you get it! But here’s to you, cheers for being AMAZING!!!”
