She was very good at making sure I understood all the tech jargon, as well as extremely helpful overall! Her positive attitude made the experience 10 out of 10. Will be back!”
“I've went to this GameStop since I was a wee lad; before I was old enough to understand that you can play GameCube games on the Wii via backwards compatibility. One thing I've always appreciated about this GameStop, is the customer service and the attitudes of the employees that have worked there over the years. Even when I went in there as an annoying kid, the employees treated me like I was apart of a big gaming family. They would answer questions, talk about upcoming games we're excited about, etc. To the people who used to work there, whereever you may be now, and to the employees that currently work there, don't change. Keep up the good attitudes, the good customer service, the positive vibes upon entering the store. Even though I don't like the fact GameStop is becoming less and less of a video game store and more of a collectibles zone, I have nothing but praise for the customer service that I've received from this store for over a decade.”
