Amazing employees so willing to assist. It is always nice to see people willing to go above and beyond to assist a customer. I have to say Bristol TN Lowes stands highest above all the Lowes we have done business with! To name a few of those people that have stood out and helped me through the largest and craziest renovation of my life. Ms. Faith, she aways greets you with a smile and goes to the end of the earth to help you no matter how tedious or time consuming the order may be!! Her customer service is amazing!!! If every department store could have a Ms. Faith!! Zak, no matter what department… he will help you find it or get you the answer you may be looking for!! Zak likes to spend our money by suggesting products! Gets us every time!! Richard and Ray always willing to help you in plumbing and Nikki rocking it out in Appliances!!! Thanks Bristol Lowes!!

Store is huge and has all your supplies from gardening to building materials. Very friendly and helpful staff. We shop here a lot.
They also sell household appliances and cleaning supplies. They have hard to find items like small trash bags and gallon jugs of pine sol cleaner.
I recently purchased a washer and dryer. I had a 50 dollar coupon plus they honored my 5% off. Glad to have a Lowe’s in my town.

Went to buy plants and bought a bunch that were reduced prices. They were still in good shape but half the cost. The employees were very friendly and helpful

We won't be shopping at lowes ever again. We got scammed and currently looking for a lawyer for me and for 2 other people that they did this to . In the appliance department advertising for a price them it's unavailable and had to pay 200 more dollars. Because they said this warehouse pick up only .if you have in the store for a price they should give it to you for that price shame on you lowes

Don’t buy any gas powered lawn tools, they are a joke and won’t stand behind any warranty they advertise…… do your self a favor and go to a actual dealer, worst I’ve ever dealt with.
