“Awesome technician and manager was awesome. Had bad steer tire and spare was mediocre. They hooked me up with better spare and got me on road again with just mount and swap charge. Super cool folks all the way around. Definitely customer friendly and would bring any business i do their way.”

“This is extremely overdue, but I wanted to post a review to express my thanks to everyone at the Bristol Firestone location. I was driving from the Northeast down to Nashville for an extended stay when my engine started smoking on the TN state line. We had the car towed to this Firestone and they looked at the car quickly and were honest about my options. As it was an old car, we elected to trailer it back home instead of fixing it and the manager allowed me to leave my car on their lot for a month without a charge until a family member could travel down to tow it back with me. The whole team was so nice and helpful to us when we finally went to pick up the car. This was an extremely stressful situation for a solo traveler and I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone here for their generosity and patience.”

“I was a couple hours from home when I realized my front tires were nearly bald. The fine folks in the auto center here got me in and out in under an hour on a busy Sunday afternoon when the Walmart auto centers on both sides of town told me to go pound sand. Can’t thank y’all enough!”

“Don squeezed me in day of. They ran into some issues and went above and beyond by staying late to make sure my car was fixed same day. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Great place to have repairs done. Don is a stand up guy. Runs his garage the way it should be ran. Honest and fair with great work.”
