“Great location, close to restuarants, theater, and shops off 81, not too far from the casino Room was clean, only complaint was the bed was facing the window and to watch TV, we had to turn it...so we couldn't see some of the screen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kinda bummed the pool was down for maintenance. Would stay here again for location.”

“Great night stop in Bristol Virginia. Very clean and staff very friendly. The beds were comfy and shower pressure terrific. We didn't get breakfast It isn't included in the price but there is a restaurant that is supposed to be open at 6am.”

“We had my daughter’s very first birthday there and I can’t tell you how thankful I am that we did. It took so much weight and worry off of me not just as the usual party planner, but as a mom who all she wanted to do was be there in the moment with her girl, and The Venue did that for me. I was blown away at how beautiful our girl’s decor was. They did an amazing job. And to put the cherry on top, Crystal always answered my calls and answered the same questions 4600 times for me without judgement that a girl can’t remember anything when she’s flustered. Lol This place is spectacular and the work they do— Oh. My. Goodness! I 110% recommend having your children’s party here, you won’t regret it! ♥️”
