“Me and my kids love staying here, we mainly go for the pool. First time we stayed hot tub didn’t work, but second time was perfect. Hot tub was working and there was snow outside so it was a great match! Rooms are always clean! Definitely will be ”

“so if you wanna find things to complain about you can do that anywhere in Bristol VA. but travel inn gets a bad name bc of people from way out of town who don't know the area or really anything going off of a booking sites info. which is different about the same hotel on every site. point blank you get what you pay for. I can't complain about a single thing except that it's hott out. I've not felt unsafe. I'll be quiet honest id rather stay here for the price than any of the same price range hotels in the area. and the Manager AYANA needs to receive her due bc the patience and ability to deal with complete nonsense she does is amazing. and ppl complain about cleanliness can shove that go anywhere else for the price I can guarantee travel inn is cleaner especially the non-smoking rooms than anywhere else. and I can understand the bluntness and sternness from staff bc any other place is the same check in and check out follow the rules. 10\10 if your on a budget come here and if you don't like it somebody else willNearby activities: the casinoSafety: more safe than most places”
