“My wife and I stayed at the Bristol Hotel for four days and nights during the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Festival. It is the best possible location for the festival. We loved the hotel. The rooms are well appointed, modern and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable - we suspect that the mattress was a Temperpedic. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and well supplied. Although the hotel was full our room was quiet. So, 5/5 on the room. We had dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived (Vivian’s Table). The food, drinks and ambience there were just right. We also recommend the rooftop bar. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. We encountered many of them during our stay and they were, as a group, very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay memorable. Overall rating? 5/5. I can’t think of a single negative. Well done Bristol Hotel.”

“The hotel is super clean. They are in the middle of a renovation project, but I am OK with that because of the location, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the front desk staff and Taylor, our housekeeper, who did an immaculate job keeping our room clean. She just has the sweetest personality. She is definitely an asset to your business! Our bathroom floor was so clean I wouldn’t have had a problem dropping a piece of candy and putting it in my mouth. That says a lot. Parking is plentiful and there is a Cracker Barrel right next-door. You can walk out the back door of the hotel and you are literally 25 steps from the front door of the restaurant.. I would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to see what everything looks like once all the remodeling is complete.”

“Requested balcony room, assured all was well, called morning of and luckily she handled what he hadn't. Coffee pot in room didn't work correctly, only 7$ Starbucks and a pricy bistro were available on site. Excellent bed”

“Great night stop in Bristol Virginia. Very clean and staff very friendly. The beds were comfy and shower pressure terrific. We didn't get breakfast It isn't included in the price but there is a restaurant that is supposed to be open at 6am.”

“This is a great hotel and it honestly deserves more stars then it has. I live here and I have for a few months now (due to some unfortunate circumstances) but the office workers, the owners, house keeping staff, and maintenance are all incredibly nice and they have been lenient on a lot of things. If your looking for a place to stay while in town or even an extended stay they will 100% take care of you 😊”
