“This was our first visit to Bristol Animal Clinic.
We are new to the area and our 16 1/2 year old German Shepherd mix , Molly, had a kidney infection and needed serious help.
We have been blessed to have had the pleasure of having some extraordinary veterinarians in her life. And I thought that wasn’t going to happen again having relocated to this area, not knowing anyone.
Man was i wrong .., Dr. Dotson is on a level all by himself. Caring, loving, dedicated, professional and treated us like family , more like royalty!
He literally rolled out the carpets for Molly, to be able to be comfortable on the polished floor because he immediately noticed that the exam table would be uncomfortable for her and then proceeded to lay with her to get acquainted and very gently evaluate her condition. He took the time she needed , treated her infection, made sure that I understood the best course of action and answered all of my many questions thoroughly. Molly is now in the best care of her life and I couldn’t be more content with how it all went. Thank you tremendously Dr. Steve Dotson, you are the greatest!!!”

“Great place, Vet & Vet Techs are very nice and knowledgeable. Never had a bad report, they really care about their patients and are concerned. The Rep who checks us in is
extremely nice and always up to date on all the information of your dogs. We bring 5 AKITA's there intermittently and for shots, I highly recommend this place!”

“What a lovely vet clinic!! We’ve moved around the country a lot and have been to a lot of vets - this is the best one! After our first appointment here, I know we’ll be staying here as long as we live close and will recommend to anyone who asks! It was clean throughout the building that I saw, smelled clean (and not like animals like you typically smell in vets and pet groomers), and the exam room was spacious and nice. Staff was so kind and accommodating as I came in with two doggos and our toddler! Excellent care for our furbabies, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!! Thanks Paws of Hope!”

“My dog had trouble breathing. I called and they said bring him in immediately. Dr Hubbard said she would see him. They wasted no time. Dr Hubbard quickly evaluated him. They treated him for fluid on his lungs. Now he is breathing fine. I feel their fast and immediate attention save his life. I want to thank Dr Hubbard and the staff for taking us in on the spur of the moment.”
