Upon entering the store, you could feel how welcome you were. Brianne Wallace and Daniel Medrano greeted us with a smile and you could feel how happy Brianne was to be able to help my friend Michael. She skillfully assisted Michael in turning in his older phone for a new upgrade. It was also a great please to witness the true teamwork that was very evident between Brianne and Daniel. Brianne ensured that all my concerns and questions answered to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the T-Mobile store located in the Centreville Sq, Centerville, Virginia.”

He took his time without any distractions After spending about 30 minutes, looking I couldn’t find my desire refrigerator in the store .He suggested that we can look at online options. Finally I found the fridge that I needed. It was a short drive to this location - so I opted for curbside pickup. I pulled into one of the marked curbside pickup spots, cracked open the Target app on my iPhone, and let them know I was outside awaiting my order. “I stopped by this location & it's arguably the 2nd best after Manassas West on this end of NoVA. it was fairly busy but I had a return & a price match to do. The associate, Vaughn helped me w/my complicated transaction. He was very nice. I never felt rushed. I had him stay almost 10 mins over the time he was supposed to get off. I never would've known, had I not overheard him telling his coworker that it was time for him to go as I was walking away. I also had to stop at the electronics counter. it was swarming w/people & there was only ONE associate! I believe his name is Moe. That's the real reason for the 4 stars because it was unfortunate he had to be there by himself. it was about 5 people waiting for help & once again, he didn't rush me. He helped me find what I was looking for offline & even helped me use the gift cards I had. They deserve recognition which is why I made a point to write down their names & name drop when I got the chance! other than that the location is good coming from Warrenton lol”
“This is my 1st review that I have ever done in my life. Yesterday, I had the experience of meeting 2 of your employees Kenneth and Christopher. It wasn't because I went into the store to purchase a phone but I did witness EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My son's tire blew out in the parking lot yesterday on his way home from school and these guys jumped into action. Now days you don't find strangers eager to help others but they did without any hesitation. It wasn't a simple job, I didn't even have everything that we needed. They even went as far as going to their vehicles, using their own tools, getting down on the dirty ground, and putting their own safety in jeopardy to help out complete strangers. When I tell you they were angels sent from God yesterday I definitely mean it. YOU ARE APPRECIATED KENNETH & CHRISTOPHER!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!”
