“We used Able Moving for both our move and my mother's move. In both cases, they were excellent. From getting the estimate, through moving day, the process was simple, easy, and transparent. Their prices were fair and honest. They showed up on time and the moving crews worked hard and efficiently. On the day of my mother's move, we had a terrible storm and it was a cold, hard rain the entire day but I was amazed not only at how hard the Able Moving crew worked, but how they kept their spirits high and were so cheerful throughout the day. It made the day not nearly as bad as I was expecting and they were very careful with keeping my mother's belongings dry and her house mud-free. I was very impressed through both moves with Able Moving and would definitely use them again if we have another move.”

“Randalls moved us today from Manassas to Culpeper. 5 great guys, all very competent, friendly and extremely hard working, made it the easiest move we've ever done. I don't know how they managed to get our huge extra fridge into our new basement down the cramped stairway, (and they seemed a bit skeptical as well at first) but it's down there now, and without a scratch. They were mindful of walls and our nice wood floors, made sure everything was padded that needed to be. I highly recommend them.”

“I hired them to move a desk down the stairs. Got an appointment the next day, they did the whole job in about 10 minutes, price was reasonable considering how big/heavy it was. They even carried a box upstairs that I would have had a little trouble with, no extra charge. Very friendly, and they took care of the desk- wrapped it up etc, and put down a blanket to protect the floor. Would definitely hire them again.”

And the freight company that handled the trucks were very communicative. While the price may seem slightly higher than other similar moving companies, we would say that it was definitely worth every penny for the ease and convenience through the entire process. The delivery of the container, the pick up of our stuff, in the transit was all on schedule and communicated thoroughly. We moved our items in and out of the truck ourselves, and we only had one item of ours that broke during transit (only because of our own maneuvering when placing it in the truck). “Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”
