“We used two containers for a project at our place of worship for 2 and 1/2 months. Everything went smoothly - deliveries and pickups were on time and response to our requests were immediate. Very impressed by them and would recommend them highly .”
“Able Moving & Storage did a fantastic job on our local move within the City of Alexandria, VA. Booking and scheduling was easy, because the representative was able to do a video call and see our current place and furniture. On the day of the move, Tony and his crew of 8 showed up on time with two trucks and was super friendly, efficient, and careful packing our furniture. After driving to our new house, they took a lunch break and then unloaded and moved all items into our house. They finished an hour early and gave us a credit on the quoted price for the unused hour! Throughout the move, the Able workers put down cardboard on the floors and walls for protection, and the entire move (which included some large bulky furniture) concluded with hardly any damage or scratches to furniture, floors, or paint. We highly recommend Able Moving & Storage!”

“This past Sunday I was in need of a storage unit so we went to our closest Extra Space but been Sunday the office was closed, we called the number that appeared on google and we were able to get help over the phone and got access right away, no issues, the team is very responsive and polite and the unit are nice, clean and easy to access, thank you for your assistance.”
“Giving 5-stars because the attendant was in their car leaving, but sawwe needed help. I know it.was.well after office hours and I'm sure she wanted to get home, but she seemed happy to wait a few more minutes. Still bummed the units don't have lights in them--but I can bring one if I have to.”
“I reserved a unit for October 4th , but called to cancel on the 3rd. The manager forgot to cancel the reservation and I was charged with a full month and a small prorate . I called on the 11th and the gentlemen told me it wasn't vacated I called again today and got what i think is the same manager which told me i should here something in the next 48 hours. She was very disorganized and i could hear a young child in the background screaming . Very Unprofessional . She immediately hung the phone up on me . I'm not confident that i will see anything become of this . If anything i should get a admin fee, but please Public Storage ,don't pay this manager for the mistake on their part.
Update : Vanessa the regional manager for Public Storage contacted me and assured me that I would receive the $ i was charged back. That is great customer service. Thank you Vanessa and Public Storage for restoring my faith in your business. I am sure to be using your service again in the future. ?”

“I stored my belongings here for almost 5 years and rented 3 units during that time. I recently moved all my stuff out to relocate it to another state. I had 1 climate controlled unit and 2 outdoor units. Throughout the years I’d pay a visit to make sure things weee as I left them and they always were. Safe area and very clean. Thanks to the manager for taking care of me during my move out and big thanks to the groundskeeper for always staying on top of things.”

“This is Otis. He's a true artic warrior for UNITS. After a bit of chaos with a unit delivery yesterday, today could’ve gone either way — but Otis showed up like an absolute pro, braving some seriously cold, treacherous weather and getting the job done without hesitation.
He was patient, careful, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was placed properly and that we were set up the right way. No rushing, no attitude — just solid, dependable service.
Huge credit also to Kris in the office, who has been extremely communicative and on top of everything throughout this process. Clear updates, quick responses, and a very smooth experience overall.
So far, Units Moving and Portable Storage of Northern Virginia has been fantastic. Great people, great communication, and a team that shows up and delivers — even when the weather is trying its best to stop them. Highly recommend.”

“I have to be honest, I don't rent a storage unit. But I had to comment about a particular employee who came in our store last night. The name tag said Patricia...older, heavyset, short hair--hope you can figure out who it was. The reason why I'm commenting on her is because of her honesty, this woman finished checking out at our grocery store and realized one of the items didn't scan. Rather than simply keeping the item like most people do, she came back in to customer service and paid for it!! Faith in humanity restored!”

Moving is one of life's most stressful experiences, but this facility, its staff, and the entire company have been a shining star throughout our move.
From our first visit, Penny Vigness made us feel welcome, answered every question honestly, and never once made us feel pressured. She gave us the time we needed to find the right unit and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
The facility itself is exceptional. It is spotless, climate-controlled, secure, well-lit, and incredibly easy to access. It is obvious that everyone here takes pride in maintaining such a high standard.
On our subsequent visits, both Galen and Christine continued that same level of outstanding service. Each of them was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They reinforced that the excellent experience we had was not a one-time event, but part of the culture of this facility.

“I’ve been a customer of Public storage for many years and ever as a customer, there’s nothing better than dealing with it. Individual who is very polite and respectful and that’s who I spoke to when I spoke to Mr. Reese is hard to find good customer service. and Public storage has done a good job and their hiring process with this individual. Want to say thanks Mr. Reese for letting me know about my facility not being fully secured and helping me once I got to the site.”
