However, the Assistant Manager did reconcile his mistake and he was professional and pleasant to interact with.”

The Fairfax mi-box team was helpful and efficient in explaining the process and options. Drop off, load, and then pick up! I’ll never rent a truck to move my belongings again! “We used Able Moving for both our move and my mother's move. In both cases, they were excellent. From getting the estimate, through moving day, the process was simple, easy, and transparent. Their prices were fair and honest. They showed up on time and the moving crews worked hard and efficiently. On the day of my mother's move, we had a terrible storm and it was a cold, hard rain the entire day but I was amazed not only at how hard the Able Moving crew worked, but how they kept their spirits high and were so cheerful throughout the day. It made the day not nearly as bad as I was expecting and they were very careful with keeping my mother's belongings dry and her house mud-free. I was very impressed through both moves with Able Moving and would definitely use them again if we have another move.”

“Randalls moved us today from Manassas to Culpeper. 5 great guys, all very competent, friendly and extremely hard working, made it the easiest move we've ever done. I don't know how they managed to get our huge extra fridge into our new basement down the cramped stairway, (and they seemed a bit skeptical as well at first) but it's down there now, and without a scratch. They were mindful of walls and our nice wood floors, made sure everything was padded that needed to be. I highly recommend them.”

“UNITS has been the best solution for me and my clients in the Greater Fredericksburg area - including Caroline and King George counties!! The UNIT was able to be placed exactly where they needed it and allowed them to take their time packing. We were able to coordinate additional support to help fill the UNIT and was less stressful than most "moving days" where it all has to be done at once. Both clients made it to Florida with ease in their personal vehicles and their belongings arrived shortly thereafter. As a REALTOR, I decided to start using the UNITS to destage one house and have the items delivered to the next house and that has been a game changer!!! So much easier than renting trucks and in and out of storage units. The communication and coordination have been phenomenal! Highly recommend Kris and her crew for all things moving, staging, and storage!!”

“Everything about this place is great except that the price gets jacked up significantly more than once per year! The good: clean facility, nice/competent people, easy access, available carts, etc. The bad: my 10x15 was $90 per month on 6/22, went to $100 on 1/23, and then went to $112 in 9/23. That's a 24 increase in 15 months! I have to say that 4 stars is generous given these huge increases. If I get another significant increase, I'm going to reduce my rating.”
