“Our experience with MI BOX was great. They were super responsive and delivered the right sized storage box to our driveway on short notice when we realized we needed it for our renovation. They were expert at dropping it off exactly to take minimum space on our driveway. Pricing was very reasonable and they billed smoothly. They also offered to refer us to a moving company they worked with, and the moving company ended up being a great referral too. They picked up quickly and on time. It was truly a seamless experience, very good quality box that had no problem through many rainstorms, and way better price than a large national brand.”

“Able Moving & Storage did a fantastic job on our local move within the City of Alexandria, VA. Booking and scheduling was easy, because the representative was able to do a video call and see our current place and furniture. On the day of the move, Tony and his crew of 8 showed up on time with two trucks and was super friendly, efficient, and careful packing our furniture. After driving to our new house, they took a lunch break and then unloaded and moved all items into our house. They finished an hour early and gave us a credit on the quoted price for the unused hour! Throughout the move, the Able workers put down cardboard on the floors and walls for protection, and the entire move (which included some large bulky furniture) concluded with hardly any damage or scratches to furniture, floors, or paint. We highly recommend Able Moving & Storage!”

“If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. My partner and I needed a very last minute moving job after the previous company fell through the day of. Sloans was able to pull together a crew for me for the next day at 8am. Their prompt communication was amazing and Matthew worked fast to provide an estimate based off my previous movers estimate. Sloans showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get everything wrapped and loaded. Even though we helped with the loading, the job was completed in 3 hours from start to finish. Also, the pricing was excellent and was roughly the same as our previous estimate despite being a last minute unscheduled job. Thank you Matthew, Gustavo, and Alexis for saving us from our nightmare - will hire Sloans again!”

“Everything about the move from start to finish was wonderful! The initial walk through/estimate was very easy to set up and perform remotely! The packing services were great! The moving crew was awesome! We had a very difficulty row home to move out of with 3 full flights of stairs and a loft on top, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. This included unloaded and putting cribs and beds back together prior to departure!”

“It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Even though it was a long-distance interstate move, my packings were delivered much faster than I expected. The team kept me updated throughout the entire process, providing regular updates on the moving truck's progress. Their communication was outstanding, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and reliable.”

“From the minute I called these guys to the time they left the house: extremely professional, very communicative, super attentive to detail. And with that kind of white glove service, you would expect to pay a premium price. The prices were extremely fair… Beating much of the competition actually. Before the team left my house, I had already recommended them to one of my friends! Call these guys. Special shout out to Al the lead mover who was nothing short of awesome!”

“Nafees provided services above and beyond my expectations. During delivery of our storage container, he was communicative and helpful in guiding me where is best to put the container, and pointed out where tree branches might be broken when unloading the container. He followed up with excellent driving skills and negotiated around our landscaping and trees while placing the container. His care and guidance were appreciated; with Nafees as an example of company performance, I would not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Used U-Pack for a long distance move and they were great and by far the best price. Loved that I paid only for what I used since I wasn’t sure how much space I would use. I had two of the smaller containers shipped to a storage facility for unloading on the far side and their Manassas, VA location was wonderful to work with and made for easy coordination. All pick ups and drop offs were on time. Great service, thank you!”

“Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”

“Josh and his crew were on another level. First Josh was able to deliver some boxes a week out so we could pack ahead of time. Then he was able to make a last minute switch to our load date which helped us out tremendously. Then the crew was great! Friendly and treated the house we were moving out of, the house we were moving into and out stuff like it was there own. Would definitely recommend.”

“This location offered easy access in the Manassas area for picking up a moving truck and trailer. The counter personnel were very professional and specifically, a man named Jeremy really knew his trade and was about as friendly and nice a person as you'd ever want to talk to. He was quite informative and could answer anything to do with the business he was in at Penske. The 16-ft truck we picked up was fueled and in good condition. Friendly service and a decent price along with the ease of pickup made this as a smart decision for us during this move.”

“Driver, Sammy, went well beyond the scope of his job to make sure my pod got delivered. Had tried to make adjustments to my delivery prior but the agents I worked with failed to upload the changes, putting myself and Sammy in a tricky spot. If there's any way to get this guy the recognition he deserves, I'd do whatever it takes to make that happen. He turned a bad experience with Pods into a good one, at personal cost. This guy deserves a raise. I don’t know if he drives out of the Bristow location but please make sure Sammy knows he’s appreciated.”

“Once again, the fellows did a stellar job of moving a single piece of furniture for us (a massive Restoration Hardware wall unit). They carefully dismantled the piece and wrapped all the small hardware pieces in protective wrap and then taped those inside the movers' wrap around the unit itself. They were careful with the unit every step of the way. We are looking forward to them providing our household move next month!”

“This company has outstanding people. We had a tricky drop off situation for our freight because of our apartment. The dispatcher Becca was fantastic and went out of her way to make it happen smoothly. At drop off, I noticed a discrepancy in the billing but our driver Nick was able to address it quickly and professionally. Huge thank you to Becca and Nick for their professionalism and working so hard for us. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.”
