“It takes one employee to make a difference in any business. I went in to HD in Haymarket VA , confused about light bulbs that were specifically designed for a unique lighting fixture. Thinking I would leave more confused, I took a chance and asked a store employee if he knew what would work for my lighting project. Jaycen was so helpful and figured out exactly what I needed to get the job done. He explained the different types and variations depending on what type of ambiance I was trying to bring out of my light fixture . I was so happy with his service and advice .

“I ordered something for local delivery. They sent me the wrong thing and acknowledged their mistake. I returned it, and they didn't give me a refund for the delivery (which was 30% of the cost of the item.)
Why am I being charged for delivery when you never delivered my item?
Update: after calling in, they've agreed to fix the refund issue.”

“I just visited Stadler Nurseries. I needed help getting three planters for grave sites for Memorial Day. They gave me flags for free, were very helpful, carried everything to my car, and gave a discount because they appreciated my caring for soldiers graves. We will be back for other garden items as we need them. The flowers were beautifully cared for and affordable. Bonus: they don't use those chemicals that hurt the bees. Two thumbs up.”
