“Scott and Jim are the best. Very helpful and patient. My husband send me to the store for tools and I had no clue what to look for and Scott helped me for around 20-30 minutes to find what I needed and taught me what everything was without mansplaining. Plus every time I go Jim always answers all my questions. They are very knowledgeable and definitely deserve a raise. Thank you Scott and Jim.”
“My husband visited this Home Depot two days ago and was assisted by Melissa Wrotten. He couldn’t stop talking about how kind, knowledgeable, and helpful she was while assisting him with the purchase of two toilets and helping load them into his truck!
He truly appreciated the outstanding customer service she provided, and I’m grateful that she made his shopping experience such a positive one. Employees like Melissa make a lasting impression, and we wanted to recognize her for going above and beyond!
There were also several other employees, whose names my husband did not catch, who assisted with down stocking the toilets that he needed.
On a side note, the outstanding customer service and willingness to help, sets this Home Depot apart from others, especially compared to the Home Depot in Woodbridge. Manassas is definitely a significant step up.”
“In the last 2 months I have rented a home depot Van and a home depot box truck. Great experience! I highly recommend look into this option especially if you only need a truck for an hour Or 1 day.”
“As a Home Depot Pro account member, I have always preferred to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects. But, I found myself in unknown territory when asked to in replace a 20+ year old electric wall oven. When I went to the new Home Depot in Haymarket, VA, Randa Medani took the time to explain all of my options and walked me through the decision making process. Randa was wonderful and I am extremely happy to find the best solution at a really great price. Thank you Randa Medani, and thank you Home Depot.”
“My grandma is very ill and unable to leave here home for long periods of time. I stopped by to pick up these awesome flowers for her to see out her window. The staff was very kind and helpful in directing us to discounted hanging flower pots.”

“Sprinkler repairs can address broken heads, clogged components, damaged lines, uneven coverage, or other irrigation issues. The appropriate repair depends on the location and cause of the problem. Compared with allowing damaged irrigation components to continue wasting water or leaving portions of the landscape inadequately covered, targeted repairs can restore the affected system. Testing each repaired area helps confirm proper operation. A completed sprinkler repair can become a useful part of maintaining lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas.”
