“We have been faithful customers since the Gainesville store opened but I wanted to share about one of my recent visits. I went in to grab my usual dog food but decided to ask Amanda about what we could use for my dog’s itchy ears. He has had multiple ear infections and is constantly scratching his ears. At times he scratches so much he bleeds! Amanda was so incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out this supplement. It even lists that it helps with “yeasty ears” on the back of the package. I fully expected it to take weeks/months to see an improvement, but after only a few days the scratching had decreased! This is just one of the many reasons why I love Miss Kibbles! All of the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Poppy and Finley love you guys!!”

“John and the team are top notch. The only place I buy my koi is from Blue Ribbon Koi, they take the actual steps for proper QT and testing before moving the fish for sale. All their color variations are top notch. I drive an hour each way just to buy from these guys. Saltwater and freshwater selection are great, fish are healthy and tanks are very well maintained. I used to buy coral but have gotten away from it due to travel but all their frags look healthy and prices are very competitive to online without the hassle of shipping issues.”

“I took my dog here to do self service bath. Weekdays normally aren’t as busy so we kinda have the whole grooming area to ourselves. My dog loves going around and sniffing all the treats and of course getting one after his long bath :). Staffs are friendly and attentive. Plenty of free parking”

“Jonathan helped me a lot, from buying my aquarium to setting up everything with all the necessary items. As a customer who totally lacked knowledge, I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. He guided me with all the equipment and supplies I needed. Today, I truly appreciate his excellent service. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus for anyone looking for aquarium supplies and great customer support.❤😍”

“checkouts need overhaul and are sluggish at times. Use weight detection on your scanners like shoppers did. Good prices and clean store. Update: registers are easier to work with. Decent variety overall and fair prices. But you guys need a decent triple cheddar cheese mix, nothing but Mexican mix and reg cheddar .”

“This is a great place for very care, and they have the highest quality food for your pet. I've been taking my dogs to see Carol since 2005. I prefer the care she provides over the standard vet offices that don't even get to know your pet. Great place and friendly staff!!”

“Had a great experience. We came to get a horse trough (galvanized stock tank) Found what we were looking for. They sell baby chickens and we were just looking. A nice lady came by and asked if we needed anything. I could spend all day looking for things. But we bought the trough and told us to pull around the to gate. Two gents came by with the tank and loaded it in. Great service and great selection of items.”

“I got my little baby Winnie who is a dachshund from here and I had been puppy shopping for a mini dachshund around northern Va for a few weeks. XO puppy in chantilly and super star puppies in Fairfax. I’m so glad I went there first before I went to the puppy shop in Manassas. The customer service at the first 2 places was so bad. I had made appointments just to find out the puppies I was interested in had been sold at superstar puppies and their prices were out of this work to around 3-4k. Staff was rude. XO puppy same thing. Guy was rude and looked like he hated his job and the puppies prices were outrageous. When I asked for financing the most smug face was given to me. It was like I had to force the information out of this guy who gave me the most annoyed attitude. When it comes to maintenance of these little puppies it was about the same. I felt the puppy shop took the most loving care of their animals. The couple who sold me Winnie was so nice and it was a joy to conversate with them I was there for 2 almost 3 hours and absolutely enjoyed my time with them. Their prices were very reasonable and the pups were well maintained. They definitely know how to make everyone comfortable. I definitely will be buying my next pup from this couple. I don’t understand the negative comments. If your shopping for a puppy you got to understand that no place is better than the other. Just know the pups here are very much cared for.”

“Is PetSmart I come to other than Manassas? Because the clientele at that one a few of them are very rude so this one is very friendly. I get all my cat needs and they even do sales markdowns”

“I had a great experience here and wanted to recognize the employees for putting animal welfare first! I recently saw a customer upset because an employee refused to sell a goldfish for a 2.5 gallon tank. I really appreciate that your staff is willing to make difficult decisions when they believe an animal won’t receive appropriate care. It tells me your team values the health and well being of the animals over making a quick sale, and that’s exactly why I’ll continue shopping here. Thank you for caring about the pets in your store!”
