“Able Moving & Storage did a fantastic job on our local move within the City of Alexandria, VA. Booking and scheduling was easy, because the representative was able to do a video call and see our current place and furniture. On the day of the move, Tony and his crew of 8 showed up on time with two trucks and was super friendly, efficient, and careful packing our furniture. After driving to our new house, they took a lunch break and then unloaded and moved all items into our house. They finished an hour early and gave us a credit on the quoted price for the unused hour! Throughout the move, the Able workers put down cardboard on the floors and walls for protection, and the entire move (which included some large bulky furniture) concluded with hardly any damage or scratches to furniture, floors, or paint. We highly recommend Able Moving & Storage!”

“Giving 5-stars because the attendant was in their car leaving, but sawwe needed help. I know it.was.well after office hours and I'm sure she wanted to get home, but she seemed happy to wait a few more minutes. Still bummed the units don't have lights in them--but I can bring one if I have to.”
“I reserved a unit for October 4th , but called to cancel on the 3rd. The manager forgot to cancel the reservation and I was charged with a full month and a small prorate . I called on the 11th and the gentlemen told me it wasn't vacated I called again today and got what i think is the same manager which told me i should here something in the next 48 hours. She was very disorganized and i could hear a young child in the background screaming . Very Unprofessional . She immediately hung the phone up on me . I'm not confident that i will see anything become of this . If anything i should get a admin fee, but please Public Storage ,don't pay this manager for the mistake on their part.
Update : Vanessa the regional manager for Public Storage contacted me and assured me that I would receive the $ i was charged back. That is great customer service. Thank you Vanessa and Public Storage for restoring my faith in your business. I am sure to be using your service again in the future. ?”

“Everything about the move from start to finish was wonderful! The initial walk through/estimate was very easy to set up and perform remotely! The packing services were great! The moving crew was awesome! We had a very difficulty row home to move out of with 3 full flights of stairs and a loft on top, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. This included unloaded and putting cribs and beds back together prior to departure!”

“This is Otis. He's a true artic warrior for UNITS. After a bit of chaos with a unit delivery yesterday, today could’ve gone either way — but Otis showed up like an absolute pro, braving some seriously cold, treacherous weather and getting the job done without hesitation.
He was patient, careful, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was placed properly and that we were set up the right way. No rushing, no attitude — just solid, dependable service.
Huge credit also to Kris in the office, who has been extremely communicative and on top of everything throughout this process. Clear updates, quick responses, and a very smooth experience overall.
So far, Units Moving and Portable Storage of Northern Virginia has been fantastic. Great people, great communication, and a team that shows up and delivers — even when the weather is trying its best to stop them. Highly recommend.”
“I have to be honest, I don't rent a storage unit. But I had to comment about a particular employee who came in our store last night. The name tag said Patricia...older, heavyset, short hair--hope you can figure out who it was. The reason why I'm commenting on her is because of her honesty, this woman finished checking out at our grocery store and realized one of the items didn't scan. Rather than simply keeping the item like most people do, she came back in to customer service and paid for it!! Faith in humanity restored!”

“Jessica is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
You can tell Jessica genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in keeping the property clean, organized, and well managed. Great customer service is getting harder to find these days, but Jessica is a perfect example of what it should look like.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with someone who will treat you right and make sure you’re taken care of, this is the place. Jessica definitely deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been using the same Cubesmart for probably 10 years and it’s my favorite store space ever. These guys really will work with you to make sure you get what you need. Ariel is probably the best Storage manager I’ve ever met in my life and I’ve used a lot of storage facilities over the years. His customer service is outstanding, but he keeps it business as well. I highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a storage facility that feels like home.”
“Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”

“Once again, the fellows did a stellar job of moving a single piece of furniture for us (a massive Restoration Hardware wall unit). They carefully dismantled the piece and wrapped all the small hardware pieces in protective wrap and then taped those inside the movers' wrap around the unit itself. They were careful with the unit every step of the way. We are looking forward to them providing our household move next month!”

“Online booking was easy to use. When I arrived for my U-Haul rental, there was one customer service person to multiple customers. Another customer service person eventually came from the back to assist other customers. There was only one customer in front of me, and I had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. When it was my turn to be helped, I had to scan a QR code and follow instructions on the screen to confirm my U-Haul rental. The first U-Haul truck I received had a check engine light on when I started it up. One other U-Haul truck also had a check engine light on. I requested a new U-Haul truck that had no maintenance notifications/issues. While using the U-Haul, the stabiliTrak notification kept coming on during the trip. Returning the U-Haul truck once done with it was easy as one of the employees came out to get the keys and I was able to go on my way. The main issue with this location is that they need to do a better job at checking the maintenance notifications before renting these U-Hauls out. It makes me wonder how often these U-Hauls get serviced.”
“No staff on site but called the phone number and went to the main location. The gentlemen was very helpful, even went a fixed something in our unit after he got off work. Thank cube smart.”
“Tyson was absolutely calm and helpful. A lady was being rude to him but he still helped her and calm her down.
They are strict about returning the gas to the literal exact amount even if it’s one line below.
Otherwise they’re helpful and nice.”
