“The new store seems to be bigger than the old location. They also have a veterinary service in house and their cat adoption section is a more permanent facility. Two negatives in my mind. 1) it would make more sense to have the cat adoption on the same side of the building as the cat food. The way it is now, the cats are at one end and the cat food is completely at the opposite end of the building. And 2) they seem to be having issues with their registers. Each time I've checked out, the receipt never prints out. They have to go back into the system and force a receipt to print... And since the system doesn't update immediately, you have to wait a couple of minutes for your receipt to show up for them to get it and reprint it.”

“Have a few times dog wash here. 20 bucks each if u care about the price so far. They also have a punch card so after 5 washes 1 free. The shampoo are very very easy to get bubbles so it’s real nice. They do have 1 hour limit per wash I never exceeded that time limit”

I love both locations! My dog has hip dysplasia and she has benefited from the underwater treadmill. The therapists do a wonderful job guiding her and making her feel comfortable. I also really appreciate their advice to further improve her mobility.”

“I was in a pinch and needed a groomer to cut my dog same day. After calling various groomers I stumbled upon Canine Carousel. This groomer was able to work with me to get my dog in and cut, bathed, and nail trim. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The groomer was amazing. Very friendly staff and great great work. This is only the second time I've ever written a review but I felt like this place went above and beyond in order to make a customer happy.”
“The best pet store in all of Northern Virginia! They have awesome products but more importantly the staff is fantastic. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, and they always give lots of love (and treats!) to our pups. Plus they know a lot about their products so if you need a recommendation they can provide it no problem. They also make some very fun events like Harry Potter Day for the dogs (photo attached) where they get "selected" for their Hogwarts house.They also can make a cake for your dog, we got a fantastic one for one of our dog's gotcha day!”

“Bought a hamster from this location a few weeks ago and it is the friendliest hamster ever!! The staff are all super friendly and gave solid advice on how to care for him. They asked questions to confirm I had the correct tank set up and knew what his needs would be.
Additionally, I was actually there at the same time as someone else who left a bad review regarding getting “sick” fish and saying that an employee was rude to them. I was the next aisle over and heard the whole interaction. The employee was very kind and when she attempted to confirm the information regarding tank set up the customer stated they had several types of fish that were NOT compatible with the “sick” fish. When the employee tried to educate them on it not being a good environment due to the aggressive nature of the other fish they already have establish, they (the customer) said it didn’t matter because per Petco policy it had to be taken back. He then raised his voice at her so she left to get a manager to handle to situation and he followed her to continue complaining that she was incorrect.”

“Since my review, we went back to the Grooming dept. and our issues was immediately addressed and take care of. It was done professionally and attentively.
We have been taking our dog for full grooming at this location for a while now. We have also taken our dog just for fingernail clippings in between. The last 2 times some of the nails were hardly even clipped. Even though I reiterated to ensure they cut it short, this last time 3 or 4 in the front didn't even look like they were touched. I know sometimes the dogs are moody and they could be a challenge. I would expect to be told that some of the nails were not cut or they had issues with the dog!
This time, today, they told me everything went well! The whole thing was no more than 5-10 minutes today! Rush job and perhaps with a new employee since I had not seen her there before!
When we called, we were not even told, bring it an hour later since it is a Happy Hour with a lot better pricing, which we were not even aware!
The whole experience in the last few months has been degrading and it is a shame to see the quality to go so low!

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this Lidl location for many years and have always appreciated the store’s quality and value. However, I’d like to share some feedback regarding the self-checkout area. The space is quite tight, making it difficult to navigate—especially when using a large cart. Today, I found myself having to squeeze between other customers who were checking out, as there wasn’t enough room to pass comfortably without moving someone else’s cart.
I also noticed that while the store has seven cashier lanes, typically only one is open. If possible, it might be beneficial to remove one of the cashier lanes to create more space for the self-checkout area. This adjustment would make the checkout process smoother and more comfortable for all customers.
