“Craters and Freighters shipped a large painting from DC to New England for me. The service was excellent! They explained the process fully, gave me a clear estimate of cost, called to keep me up to date on when the painting would arrive, packed it in a manner that it was fully protected. Did superb coordination with a local company that picked up the painting from the Craters and Freighters hub nearest to me. The local company, Action Moving and Storage, also was excellent and delivered the painting, removed all the packing materials and brought it into my house, flawlessly. Highest recommendation!!!”

“I would like to recognize Chase at the UPS Store for providing outstanding customer service. I recently visited the store to send a fax, and Chase was extremely polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to assist me with a positive attitude and made the experience quick and stress-free. After having a disappointing experience at another UPS Store location in the AshburnVillage/Plaza area, it was refreshing to receive such excellent service. Chase truly understands the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. Thank you, Chase, for your exceptional customer service. Employees like you make a lasting impression, and your professionalism deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great work!”

“Some people really should not be allowed to leave reviews. I was unnecessarily worried after reading a few negative ones. I needed to get my fingerprints done and could choose between this location or the one across Route 50, so I came here because it was closer. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in under five minutes. You walk in, tell them you are there for fingerprints, they check two forms of ID, and take your prints. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because of how efficient the entire process was.”

“Today, I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I needed to pick up my package at the last minute at DHL sterling location. A male and a female employees working went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to check the back office and look for my package, making every effort to assist me. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication they showed. Their willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I couldn't be more grateful. This was truly excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but I wanted to recognize both employees who were working on October 9th around 5:30 p.m. They deserve recognition for their outstanding service and commitment to helping customers. DHL is fortunate to have employees like them!”
