“I normally have no complaints about united bank Broadway branch. However, the website claims the lobby is open on Saturday mornings until noon. I had to find a ride to the bank last Saturday morning only to find out the lobby was NOT open. It was a pain to find transportation to the bank as it was. Finding the lobby was closed at 1015 am was upsetting. Other than this inconvenience I love this bank.”
“Always friendly, always personal, excellent service. There are multiple products for consumers to choose from, Checking and Savings accounts, loans, and much, much more. They serve the customer, who are also \\\"owners\\\" because they're actually members. They've been serving the needs of the area for over 30 years!”
