“I normally have no complaints about united bank Broadway branch. However, the website claims the lobby is open on Saturday mornings until noon. I had to find a ride to the bank last Saturday morning only to find out the lobby was NOT open. It was a pain to find transportation to the bank as it was. Finding the lobby was closed at 1015 am was upsetting. Other than this inconvenience I love this bank.”
“The staff is always super helpful. The place is very clean, and inviting. Drive through hours are better than most other banks. Their interest rates are awesome for everything. I’ve been banking with them for a long time, and I’ll never switch. I can’t recommend them enough.”
