“We were traveling from Pa to Nashville and stopped to fuel up. We then noticed the cover under the engine came loose. A big thank you to Josh, he went above and beyond to assist us. There was nothing in the store that was available to purchase, so he went into the storage room and found us zip ties! I am in customer service industry and it is rare to ride someone that goes the extra mile with a smile!

“Very welcoming and nice! I love this “Speedy I-81” Exxon!! I have stopped by on multiple occasions when traveling thru and they always greet me so warmly and ask how I’m doing. They told me “it was so nice to see you Michael” last time. They actually remembered my name! Two of them offered me a hug after hearing about my missing brother. Only thing I didn’t like is I put up a poster of my missing bro here one time. They kept it up for a few months but then it got taken down. They said a customer wanted it but I’m not sure. Hope they wouldn’t toss his poster in the garbage.”
