Got a note in the mailbox saying package was attempted but noone home. We have door cams, noone went to our door. Someone is always home. Signed the note and placed it in the mailbox for redelivery. Then watched the tracking show the package bounce between 3 different locations for the next week never once being attempted again. Still don't have my package.

I have been complaining for at least a year on packages never being delivered. Says delivery attempted but never leave the post office. Getting other people's mail alot. Go to the post office because my email says it will be delivered today but I know she never delivers packages. We'll rarely ever delivers. So since I had a pink slip went to check on these. Well the pink slip she had wrote delivery attempted and left the package at the post office yesterday. So I got it before she even went out to deliver for the day. But the lady there was nasty about me checking on one's that say they are out for delivery. (Which I know I will have a pink slip in my mailbox today) will not be delivered today. I will have to go back tomorrow to pick up. For some reason the head post master refuses to address the issue with my mail not being delivered and all beside me being delivered. I have gotten no where being nice with these people. I am exhausted and fed up with people not.doing their job and being paid for it.

Will not answer the phones, says delivery attempt was made! We were home all day. No attempt was made, and I've noticed all my heavier packages are thrown and dented and ripped. These postal workers want the Amazon delivery money but don't want to deliver the packages so they lie and say attempts were made

Forget it if you order a package to be delivered. You will have to drive to the post office and be your own mail carrier. I have put in formal complaints, but nothing happens to resolve the issue. It is currently 8:37 am I received a notification that at 11:37 my package was attempted to be delivered. Unless they live in another time zone or time travel just don't see how this is possible.

I find it absolutely insane that someone in 2016 (as well as so many others from then til now) had the same issue of no delivery but the postal worker leaving an "attempted delivery" note. We have cameras with zero footage of anyone coming close to our house so we know for sure no delivery was attempted. If there were legitimate reasons for not being able to deliver, I would understand the need for us to come pick up but so far we've not been given any. I've been paying extra for shipping to get UPS and Fedex so that packages are actually delivered to my house with no issues. And we've had UPS & Fedex continually go above and beyond to make sure they get us our packages. They don't leave them in the rain by the side of the road either. Paying extra is well worth not dealing with this post office, I only wish choosing our delivery service were an option more often. We've written letters to corporate even complaining because it's been such a continual issue.. not that it will do any good. So sick of this. If I could leave negative stars, I would.Dear postal service, please do your jobs.

Don't like it the mail was in there like it was supposed to be but the package that I NEED isn't in there and it's been there since 9:48 this morning make it make sense. I knocked on the door loudly but politely bc the office was closed and no one answered but there was someone behind that door.

Never in my life have I had such terrible mail delivery service, the review below this one is exactly the same problem that I have been having. We live RIGHT OFF THE ROAD, not up a long driveway. Things will be marked off as unable to deliver even before the post office is open! We don't even get our mail until late in the afternoon and I'm getting notifications at 8 o'clock in the morning! And getting online to reschedule delivery? That's a joke, it still never gets delivered. I work an off shift, I rely on my packages being delivered when they say they are because I am sleeping at the time the post office is open. ALSO, I pay shipping and handling fees, for what? There isn't even a real attempt to deliver mail if it doesn't fit in the mailbox. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

We have the absolute worst mail delivery driver during the week. She’s to lazy to deliver packages. We’ve had packages that were small and she claimed they were to heavy and had to pick up at the office. We put a box out as instructed to receive packages that wouldn’t fit in the mail box since she won’t drop off at the door despite there being enough room in the driveway for her to safely pull off the road to deliver to the door. However she will back up the road and pull into the driveway and get out and walk up to our house to retrieve a package she delivers to us by mistake. Make it make sense. She still won’t put packages in the box we put out and I still have to go to the post office to pick them up. Today was the final straw when she had already decided she wasn’t going to deliver our package since it said attempted but hadn’t been by our house yet. Absolute laziness.

The team that runs the Buchanan post office is outstanding. They are professional, courteous and provide excellent service.
