2605 Caton Hill Rd, Woodbridge VA 22192
“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly. This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work. You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote. All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question. In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for. V/r '15 Blue Silverado”

“Fairfax Auto Repair has exceeded my expectations. I had to drive out of state for a family emergency, and I was concerned about a timing belt that was cracked but still functional. I called Fairfax Auto the day before I had to leave to replace the belt so that I wouldn't be stuck on the highway if it broke. Fairfax Auto ordered the belt that morning and called me when it arrived. They replaced the belt while I waited, and I was able to drive 500 miles in a day without worrying about my car. I will only use Fairfax Auto Repair for my car repairs. I trust them completely. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They are close to where I live. Great place and great work.”

“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“I needed to get my 2021 hybrid Sonata Va state inspection. I wanted a place that was known for thorough inspections. Google identified Circle as one of the top three in Fairfax County, VA. From the moment I stepped foot in this shop, I knew I had found the right place. After my car passed the state inspection I asked Circle to check the vehicle for needed service work per it's mileage. The shop videotapes any issues on the vehicle to show to the customer. All work needed was done quickly and efficiently. The lead mechanic and shop owner, Dave, is present daily. He, Gabriel, Emma, Zak and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and reputable. I have now found a new place for all future work on this vehicle, and highly recommend you take your vehicle, foreign or domestic, gas powered, hybrid or electric there for your car care”

“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. I will always take my vehicle here from now on and I am so grateful to have found a mechanic who I can trust and talks straight. Thank you! ❤️”

“I’ve used Samsung Auto a bunch of times for inspections and they’ve always been straight with me. I came in because another place said I needed rear brake pads, and Samsung checked it out and told me I didn’t need them - rear drums/shoes were still good and the front brakes were healthy too. Really appreciate a shop that doesn’t try to sell you work you don’t need. Honest people, fair, and I’ll keep coming back.”

5520 Franconia Rd, Alexandria VA 22310
“I truly appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of the staff who inspected my vehicle. It was my first time at this shop, and it definitely did not disappoint. I was sent clear pictures of the issues they identified, which really helped me understand what needed attention. Special thanks to Marvin, the manager, for running such a trustworthy and professional team. What upset me, though, was realizing that the inspector at my previous car shop clearly didn’t do their job properly—there’s no way the part in question could have deteriorated to this state in just a year. I’m grateful this shop caught it before things got worse.”

“I stopped by NTB without an appointment after finding a nail in my tire, not expecting much that late in the day. The team was super accommodating, got me in right away. The technicians were professional and friendly. They repaired the tire in 10 minutes or so, and made sure all four tires were at factory specs. What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism from start to finish. They made a stressful moment easy and got me back on the road fast. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive experience. Five stars!”

“A very good friend of mine recommended Octane Auto Care to me as his trusted car service center. They replaced my brakes two months ago. After an extensive time to test the results I can tell that he was absolutely right. No more grinding noise left by a wrong car repair place in Manassas. Honest technicians, good work and inexpensive. Octane Auto Care in Annandale... Totally recommended !”

“Eric greeted me warmly- I was staying at the Marriott nearby and had driven to 3 different gas stations (with air but either broken or no gauges) and landed here feeling desperate before my 4 hour drive. Mr Tire checked me out - said the reason was a bit of cold weather - and gave me the required amount to be on my way! That is service! Thanks Eric. Would not take payment.”

“Top notch!! This place came strongly recommended when I had a sudden leak in one of my tires (it turned out to be a screw that punctured it). I barely got out of my vehicle before someone asked what i needed and started addressing the issue. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! I cannot recommend this place more.”
