“Diego and the manager(who i forgot to get his name)(and has been for a week straight) is absolutely amazing. They were quick and most importantly honest. Now, tire shops main gain is the surrounding areas. There is plenty shops and stores nearby to eat and shop. Get your hair or nails done. Get coffee etc.
I personally live a little further away from this Mr tire but I will try my best to come back here for tire changes and repairs. However, I hope I dont need to come by anytime soon lol
However the manager and Diego being quick, even though he was the only tech makes the pain of tire changing and repair easier.

“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

“I needed to get my 2021 hybrid Sonata Va state inspection. I wanted a place that was known for thorough inspections. Google identified Circle as one of the top three in Fairfax County, VA. From the moment I stepped foot in this shop, I knew I had found the right place. After my car passed the state inspection I asked Circle to check the vehicle for needed service work per it's mileage. The shop videotapes any issues on the vehicle to show to the customer. All work needed was done quickly and efficiently. The lead mechanic and shop owner, Dave, is present daily. He, Gabriel, Emma, Zak and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and reputable. I have now found a new place for all future work on this vehicle, and highly recommend you take your vehicle, foreign or domestic, gas powered, hybrid or electric there for your car care”

“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. I will always take my vehicle here from now on and I am so grateful to have found a mechanic who I can trust and talks straight. Thank you! ❤️”

This visit was for an oil change, and once again, the staff delivered top-tier service from the moment I arrived. The team was professional, welcoming, efficient, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth, stress-free, and quick without ever making me feel rushed.
What truly stands out about this location is the consistency. It’s rare to receive excellent service more than once these days, but the staff at NTB continues to go above and beyond every time I visit. They kept me informed, answered my questions with patience and professionalism, and ensured my vehicle was taken care of properly.
I especially appreciated how respectful and accommodating everyone was during my visit. Their attention to customer satisfaction and genuine care for their customers does not go unnoticed.

Keenan provided an excellent experience from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding—very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He quickly assessed my tire issue and took care of plugging it without any hassle.
What really stood out was how efficient he was. I barely spent two minutes at the information desk before he verified my details and got straight to work—no wait time at all.
I was also on an important work call during my visit, and Keenan was incredibly patient and respectful of that, which I truly appreciated.

“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“Mr. Kim of Samsung Auto Care fixed my 2005 Honda Civic Ex impeccably. The engine light was on and the car was overheating. It took me a while to find the right auto repair shop to diagnose and repair my car. Mr. Kim replaced four fuel injectors and a radiator on 5/19/2025. I had driven the car for six months and it was running smoothly without glitches. Obviously the repair was done with honesty and excellent craftsmanship. It is truly trustworthy and commendable.”
