I learned today that the shop has been in Annandale almost as long as I have. If I have future needs for watch repair or for a new watch, this is going to be my first choice. As an Annandale resident, I intend to support good local businesses. I'm sorry I didn't know about this shop in the past but I intend to correct that oversight in the future.”

They knew exactly what to recommend for us and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. They were able to use stones from a passed family member’s old ring to make a new wedding band and nailed it. We’re so happy to have a handmade yet sentimental piece with us. “I went to this store to get all my fingers sized for rings after I had gained weight. Christine greeted my boyfriend and me at the door. She was so welcoming and warm, it felt like we were already friends! She invited us to sit down and get comfortable while she brought a piece of pink (my favorite color!) paper. She had me trace my hands and then, using the metal rings, measure and write down my sizes for all ten fingers. We chatted about Mother’s Day. It was such a nice experience! She also gave us a tip that sales usually occur on weekends, especially on holiday weekends. Good to know! Now I have all ten fingers’ ring sizes and a happy smile on my face. If everyone were like Christine, the world would be a better place :3”
