“I came in person last week. I'm pretty sure it was the owner who seemed very knowledgeable and was about to close shop and had a few customers ahead of me.
I showed him video of my large wall clock with failing hands and he pointed out a tiny screw may do the trick ?. He packaged the small piece, handed it to me and told me to try and see if this works.
Yup!! It did the trick and forced the large hand to straighten out and it no longer catches on the smaller hand. HAPPY ? this worked.

I met with Don at the Jewelry Doctor and he was incredibly articulate in describing my options for appropriate sizing. Due to the daintiness of the band and diamond positioning, sizing the ring could have an impact on the overall structural integrity of the ring. Don explained my options and the potential time it could take. I was impressed beyond belief when Don called to inform me the ring was able to be sized in record time.
