“K-Coast Surf Shop has good people who work there. We came to town for my first time visiting Cape Charles to do the LOVE Run and this lil shop definitely delivered on swag for the event with hats given to the participants in the bag. When I was in the store after the race, I overheard a gentleman employee asking some folks if they got their hats in their bags for the run and they said no, well this gentleman went to the back of the store and grabbed hats for them, no hesitation. My husband and I came back later and were looking at tshirts and a nice lady at the register handed my 3 year old a K-Coast Surf Shop sticker and we put the sticker with the tshirts to ring up and she said just 2 tshirts and gave us the sticker free. Just wanted to share my awesome experience witnessed from one side and personally experienced for kindness of the employees here. We came to visit from Virginia Beach and support our local surf shops there and will always shop a local surf shop even on vacation, but this one is a whole different vibe of kindness.”
