“Big time customer service in a small country town! Blink and you’ll miss Catlett. However, we do have a traffic light, and Dave’s (what our family calls Catlett Service Center) is just down from the intersection. Dave is someone we trust, and his prices are fair. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with service center chains where their motive seems to be finding something wrong or trying to up-charge you in some way. Dave is really too busy with all his regular customers, to be creating more work for his garage. That’s hard to find in this type of business and our economy. Dave usually has bags of chips available for customers, and he has a coke machine with the coins provided for customers! He also treats his mechanics very well. The waiting area doesn’t sparkle like some service centers, but it’s cozy, and there’s usually an old black and white show on the television like Bonanza or Petticoat Junction for you to enjoy.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Complete Auto Center. Kevin and his team helped us so much when we needed it most. They’re incredibly friendly, honest, and straightforward. They don’t just try to rip people off like most places do, you can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy and professional. If you need any kind of auto work done, this is the place to go.”

“We use Gainesvills Garage regularly for all our vehicles and we are never disappointed. Even though this last visit was just for a state inspection, they are always great about evaluating everything on the vehicle and presenting all items as service options for us to consider. There’s never any pressure and they’re always willing to provide additional details, explanations, and pictures to help explain their service recommends. To add to the excellent honest service, the staff is always pleasant and friendly and professional…”

“I can’t thank Jared and the entire team for the excellent service. I broke a tire valve stem on my RV tow car halfway into a 2,600 mile trip. Jared squeezed me into the schedule on a Friday. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I also appreciate, and was happy to support, the company’s commitment to community service. The food drive for Thanksgiving and Toys For Tots programs are outstanding. Bottom line is very professional, quick, and courteous service at a fair price from a company you want to do business with.”

“This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Warrenton Toyota is not my local dealership, I chose to come here because they were the only dealership that I could find that had the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an internet inquiry and Matt responded quickly. He confirmed the vehicle details and we arranged a meeting for the next day. I arrived a little early, Matt greeted me immediately. He already had the vehicle pulled up ready for me to test drive. I probably should have negotiated, but they had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price, so we quickly agreed to terms. Anil in finance was great! No pressure, he took the time to answer all my questions and did not badger me to buy additional products. My whole buying experience was about two hours total. I love my new Corolla Cross, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience!”

“Very nice. They Somewhat got alittle irrated when i asked questions. Big investment and wanted to get it right. No harm in that. Online posting wasnt correct. I felt that was wrong. Even contacted another dealership of theirs and it was the same way. It stated the car had things when it didnt. They said they had to look at buyers guide. Which you dont have acceas to. But overall ok. They Really didnt have time to show me everything about the car. That was alittle irratating. Look at the book they said.”
