“I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Nokesville Tire & Auto. They have that rare, small-town auto shop feel where you know they’re looking out for your best interest instead of trying to sell you things you don’t need. They’re honest, down to earth, and never try to pad the bill with unnecessary repairs. If they notice something that may need attention down the road, they’ll let you know without any pressure, which I really appreciate. They’re patient, easy to talk to, and take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Finding a mechanic you can trust is hard these days, but I can confidently recommend Nokesville Tire & Auto. If you’re looking for honest work and fair pricing, this is the place to go.”

“I had a wonderful experience today! I walked in for an oil change without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule one for next Monday instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. He let me know they could fit me in and have me in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Keith, the head mechanic. He overheard that I didn’t have an appointment and immediately stepped in, saying they would take care of me that same day. That level of kindness and customer service truly stood out. Everyone was professional, honest, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s not often you come across a team that’s this hospitable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back for future service. “Thorough, trustworthy, and fast - this is an incredible mechanic. I brought a used car in for a Pre-Purchase inspection and they were able to identify an oil leak and some OBD codes and talked me through how I should approach things with the dealership. After the dealer said they addressed the issue I drove it some more and 28 Center found that there was still an oil leak (and they didn't charge me at all for the second look at the car). Thanks for saving me money and the hassle of dealing with an oil leak!”

“I can’t thank Jared and the entire team for the excellent service. I broke a tire valve stem on my RV tow car halfway into a 2,600 mile trip. Jared squeezed me into the schedule on a Friday. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I also appreciate, and was happy to support, the company’s commitment to community service. The food drive for Thanksgiving and Toys For Tots programs are outstanding. Bottom line is very professional, quick, and courteous service at a fair price from a company you want to do business with.”

“Emily was great, which why I'm giving 5 stars. The other gentleman, (M) not so much. Very condescending and seemed amused by my time sensitive situation. Even smirked at me about it and told me not to take his card, but take Emily's. Emily communicated well and was professional. If I go again and see (M) I will either walk out or wait for someone else.”

“This dealership showed me the utmost of respect and courtesy when buying a used vehicle. While being an employee of a competitor dealership. Zeshan Hayat treated me with the respect and courtesy of a returning customer. Although there was an extended wait for getting to the financial side I was compensated through a free oil change and the promise of a free detail of the vehicle due to the rain that had occurred during the transaction. Also Zeshan made sure that we had plenty of snacks and beverages during our wait which made the wait go by much faster. The last thing was the gift box that was sent to my address after purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay. As an employee from a competitor dealership I can say that this Level of customer service is unmatched from any other experience I have had while buying a vehicle from a dealership. This dealership shows pride in the way they represent themselves and has treated me in a way that makes me want to be a repeat customer even being an employee at a rival dealership I cannot deny that Lindsay’s customer Service is unmatched even by the dealer I work for.”
