The most impressive was when the young male cashier offered to bring my items out for me. I told him that wasn't necessary but he insisted he wanted to be helpful, even put them in my trunk!! “I usually have a good experience but recently it was not good. I purchased a medium belt, because I usually wear a medium in everything, my waist is a size 32. The belts listed did not have a waist guide listed. Upon receiving imy belt t I realized it was to big. I called and spoke with a young lady that was extremely nice. She advise me to send it back in exchange for a small. I sent the belt back and the small size belt was sent out immediately. Upon receiving the small belt it to was to big. I called back to see if they had a ex small in stock. I was told yes, and to send back for exchange. I sent the belt back I called the shop on 03/14/2023, I was told they had received the belt and would mail the xs belt the next day. Two days went by i emailed them asking for a tracking number. no answer. on 03/20/2023 i called in and male answered the phone, he checked and said that my belt had not been mailed out. I asked why and he said " I don't know, I don't think the post office came by" So from 03/14 to 3/20 the post office did not come. I asked when would they ship it, he said he was unsure and the girl who handles online wont be in till the next day. I then asked him is there a manager or anyone else I could talk to and he would not get someone else. He rudely got off the phone instead of trying to satisfy the customer. All I wanted was a confirmation on when the item I purchased would be sent and he could not provide that or direct me to someone that could better assist me.Update: A different gentleman called about 20 min after hanging up the phone and said that the package has been shipped,”

“I absolutely LOVE this store, I’ve been shopping here since I was like 13 and I’ll always love going to these stores, almost every location has been wonderful !It’s so much fun, you got every fandom you can think at your disposal, I’m shocked I haven’t made a review yet-My issue was from yesterday ,4/15/24, when I was checking out, (I have epilepsy), one of the cashiers with black hair was making many seizure jokes rather openly and sorta graphically and it made me a bit uneasy due to trauma. I’m usually fine with the jokes, just wouldn’t really expect it from somebody at work I guess? ?”
