“Excellent hidden gem! I brought my girls in to purchase new shoes since it was time to be refitted. I was delighted with the warm staff and attention each daughter received when trying on different styles and sizes to ensure the perfect fit. I guess it’s a good excuse for it being Black Friday. I got an adorable leather jacket and I made my own personal charm necklace and added the charms myself since I make jewelry. She always provides the best customer service and I can’t think of a better example to have someone represent the brand for the company. I’ve never had a bad experience here but it is an absolute joy having someone be glad to help assist you and ensure you’re comfortable with the visit.
