“Shout Out to Robert at Vinton Computers for saving my life last Friday!! My computer crashed after installing Windows 11. I tried everything I could to save my data, but thought I had lost it all. “I called with a request to replace just the faceplate on a 27-year old home intercom. The intercom itself hadn't worked in years, but at least I had been able to order a new faceplate, which would be a great cosmetic improvement on the wall. David admitted they hadn't worked on those in years and the associate who did that had retired. However, he apparently felt sorry for my dilemma and offered to come to my home just to see what he could do.
Unbelievably, not only do I now have the new faceplate installed, but the entire intercom system is working again - even the doorbell ! Kudos can't express how grateful I am for David's kindness and his expertise !!”
