“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“Standard gas station. The window washing units are clean and well stocked and have paper towels to wipe down my windows as I'm filling up gas. Nice to be able to use Kroger rewards. The only downside is the Kroger a few miles down the road is 10 cents or more cheaper by the gallon.”

“The CVS Pharmacy inside Target made my day today! Having just experienced yet another very unpleasant prescription pickup at the CVS Pharmacy at 4400 Brambleton Ave when using a Good RX coupon to pay for a costly prescription, I gave up on using that pharmacy at all! I was treated horribly there more than once because the prescription always has to be rung up twice to save the large amount of money the coupon allows making it a very unsatisfactory experience every visit. The young woman tech is one of the rudest people in a customer service capacity that I have ever encountered and not just this time. So it was time to make the much longer drive to the CVS Pharmacy inside Target where we had enjoyed great customer service in the past. The lady at the pharmacy inside Target is courteous, efficient, caring, and helpful. She asked important questions, gave knowledgeable information, and courteously applied the coupon that saves me about $40 each time. She listened and understood my reasons for setting up my prescription at her pharmacy. Though I must drive an extra 20 minutes away from my home and another 20 minutes back, the courteous, professional treatment received by me at this Target CVS is worth it. I will not be returning to the 4400 Brambleton Ave CVS again unless there is no other choice in Roanoke. This is information I am happy to share with anyone looking for a pharmacy, with the 4400 Brambleton Ave being the worst CVS in town and the Target CVS being the best in my opinion. Thank you again to the courteous, professional lady at CVS in Target!”

“This is my hometown store. It satisfies my family of two. Everyone could complain that the store has high meat/protein prices, but what place doesn't right now? Some complain about the number of cashiers and baggers available, but I know personally that the store has a difficult time finding people to interview, such that they have resorted to weekly open-door interview days recently. I think the staff are usually great, friendly, and professional. Managers are nearby and are usually busy doing good work, as I found myself just two days ago. I love the pharmacy team. Finally, if you have such a problem with the cashier bagging your groceries and nobody else is available, how about being a decent human and helping to bag? That way, cashiers are grateful and less stressed, lines move quicker, and you leave quicker.”
“Love this Kroger. We have one much closer to our house, but we would rather shop at this Kroger. It certainly has much more than the other Krogers close to us many items and departments. It is more up scale, and I feel like we are in a big city.”
“Had an issue with one employee which was later resolved. Just like all of these drug stores the prices on every day items are extraordinarily High when asking about this they tell me they go by a convenience store model on their pricing. My advice is get your prescriptions here but shop at Walmart for everything else.”

“Got my Covid booster at this pharmacy recently, and I love this "stand alone" location. The pharmacy is so nice and quiet, without the disruption of grocery shoppers. The pharmacy had some empty shelves, and I understand staffing is currently an issue, but my experience was wonderful. The pharmacist giving the injection was so affable, interested in you as a customer and made the experience pleasant!”
