“Went to this location for the first time today to get flu shots for myself and my children. Took awhile to get all our information into the system (no fault of anyone) but the staff was patient and apologized. They were gracious to other customers entering and ensured they were served quickly while still working on our info. The shots were quick and nearly painless. The man (I believe his name was Kyle) was wonderful and I greatly appreciated his honestly throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this location.”

“Best Pharmacy In Virginia. It's great to have a place of business that treats you like a friend rather then the next in line, like the big corporate pharmacys. I highly recommend you check them out , personally I switched from CVS.”

“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“Standard gas station. The window washing units are clean and well stocked and have paper towels to wipe down my windows as I'm filling up gas. Nice to be able to use Kroger rewards. The only downside is the Kroger a few miles down the road is 10 cents or more cheaper by the gallon.”

“Love this Kroger. We have one much closer to our house, but we would rather shop at this Kroger. It certainly has much more than the other Krogers close to us many items and departments. It is more up scale, and I feel like we are in a big city.”

“This place is the best....I have chronic health conditions and they're extremely patient with me and all my questions. They're very respectful and NEVER have made me feel like other pharmacies have when I need help with fill dates and keeping them all condinated. Some places make you feel like a drug seeker or addict due to the meds being narcotics.....I feel safe with all my crazy questions and needs. David is so patient and I feel like he has a sincere attitude in all he does I often speak with David and it's like talking to a old friend. Ms Donna the manager is also caring and sincere....she's a great manager and her crew shows it.....she is the best manager and that's why the pharmacy is the best also”

“Over the last year the CVS pharmacy at Towers has made incredible strides to turn around the quality of their services. It really shows, I've been in a pinch for meds a few times and they have been responsive and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know about you, but successful turn around stories are glorious to witness and experience. We'll done CVS Team!”
