I have been a MetroPCS customer for many years and this was the worst experience. I was not able to upgrade my phone which needs to be replaced. Time to change cell phone carriers!

I was here and Ms. Samantha Petters gave me excellent service. She was super friendly and helped me get a phone within my budget. She was incredibly helpful and assisted me in transferring all my information (at no extra cost), as I often do. Thank you, Metro PCS, for having honest people. 👏🏾

The staff was helpful and friendly. I needed a screen protector and am a regular T-Mobile customer. I will consider purchasing my next phone and exploring Metro by T-Mobile service because of my positive experience at this store.
