“We were looking for changes to some of our family phone lines. Ollie very patiently explained all options to us and made the benefits very easy to understand. He gave us exceptional customer service and we would definitely recommend to go here if you need good service!”
“Thank you Natalie and Stephanie for your help and patience today. I was very hesitant to come to this store again since I had two bad experiences before but I’m very glad that they changed their staff.”
“I was here and Ms. Samantha Petters gave me excellent service. She was super friendly and helped me get a phone within my budget. She was incredibly helpful and assisted me in transferring all my information (at no extra cost), as I often do. Thank you, Metro PCS, for having honest people. ??”

“Great experience at the AT&T store in Centreville Square. Ahmad Sorab the Manager was super helpful, patient, and got my issue resolved fast. No upselling, just honest help. I will definitely be back for any phone needs. Highly recommend!”
