The staff was helpful and friendly. I needed a screen protector and am a regular T-Mobile customer. I will consider purchasing my next phone and exploring Metro by T-Mobile service because of my positive experience at this store.

Great customer service i switch from sprint they were charging me a lot of money just for my plan. Wilson helped me out to transfer the same phone number that i had in sprint. he also helped me with my monthly plan (which is less now) and i also got insurance on my new iphone XR. I'm so happy definitely i recommend this store they have great promotions and Wilson did a great job. Thank you. (music was nice by the way)

Customer Service has been top notch for me. I switched from T-mobile and Scarlette, was able to make the transition extremely smooth. They explained my new plan very clearly and even helped me create my new amazon prime account. They have gone above and beyond. I am very pleased.
