I am so very grateful that life delivered me to the doorstep of Yoga Tai Chi in Centreville. If you want to experience the age-old wisdom of Yoga, then this is the place to be. Master Jason has lots of energy and he is well versed and passionate. Especially for me, as a beginner, Master Jason takes his time with me and matches his lessons to my current progress. The atmosphere in the center is very warm-hearted and healthy. Everybody is welcome. And all the advice given by Master Jason is precious. I highly recommend this place if you want to deepen your Yoga practice and take care of your health ??

I have been taking classes with Jason for almost two years now. Jason is an amazing instructor, very caring and knowledgeable. Core straightening has alleviated lower back pain, related to arthritis. Yoga and Tai Chi with Jason has increased my flexibility, improved my balance and strength. I really enjoy the classes

Jason is a wonderful instructor! He is always positive, happy and encouraging! I am probably one of his least physically fit students. Thanks to Jason I can lift and dance with my 30 lbs grandson. I highly recommend Jason's Yoga TaiChi training classes!

This is how yoga was meant to be—mind, body, spirit. Full body healing through movement and breathing. Master Jason helps you melt away the stress and his smile is a delight. Only wish there were locations in Loudoun County!

i started with a 1 month trial membership , now after 2 years of being a member i can say that committing to classes and workshops under the supervision of my instructor has awakened my body natural healing system. 3 years ago i have lost my voice completely and was advised by 3 Meds to have a surgery to regain my voice back, i didn't. Instead i joined Namoo Yoga. I always though of Yoga as some stretches and meditation .. but not at this center . This is a healing Yoga center and im a live proof that Yoga works by helping your body correct and heal itself. Thank you Master Jason.

In the fall of 2015, I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure (HBP). At that time, I was referred to a cardiologist who placed me on a regiment of two (75mg) blood pressure (BP) pills per day and a reduced salt and sugar diet. I joined a fitness center and started working out. However, even though I lost a few pounds and took the BP pills my BP remained high. As a result, the cardiologist added an additional type of BP pill and instructed me to monitor my BP on a daily basis and keep a diary of the readings. (I was taking three BP pills per day) The additional pill created some physical problems; therefore, the cardiologist took me off that pill and increased the dosage of the original pill from two (75mgs) pills per day t two (100mg) pills per day. Since I am a person who do not like taking pills, I wanted to find a way to reduce my BP without taking pills.

I've been to this amazing yoga place for 2.5 years and felt better, healthier than ever. My blood pressure is under control, I lost 30 lbs, I enjoyed deeper sleep and improved back pain. A very relax, warm-hearted, friendly place, wonderful instructor. It's a must-stop after a busy working day for me. The program includes detox Mondays, taichi Wednesdays, energy movement Fridays, and holistic yoga on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays. I love all these classes.

I love this gentle yoga exercise. The exercise starts with relaxing your head, shoulders, arms and feet. Then the exercise focuses on stomach, back bone. It strengthens the core, and leave body feeling strong and refreshed after the exercise. It gives me energy after I exercise although I am so tired after long working day at the office. It give relaxation, calm and refreshed my entire body and mind. My blood circulation works very well each day after you exercise.

Clean, welcoming, and effective was my initial assessment. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes until an older American woman starting teaching some of the classes. Her personality does not fit the environment for those who come to meditate and focus on mindfulness. She is rough, very bossy, and this detracts from the peaceful time I usually enjoy while being there. I wish that there was a schedule posted on who teaches what course. I'd love to return.
