Every single time I come to use the ATM at this location, there's always something wrong and I'm unable to make a transaction. Virtually every single visit. No exaggerating, it's a little bit embarrassing and incredibly pathetic. I already dislike Truist as a bank (I don't use them personally, horrible choice) but this is getting to the point where I'm ready to suggest to my employer that we should consider a more professional company.

Beware! Lazy cashiers, they don't like when you come with several deposits at once. I don't understand why? If anyway it is not busy. There are two cashiers, and they were complaining to each other about customers. I really don't understand. Find a different branch, these people are lazy.

An old woman who is aggressive with clients, I think she is the manager or director of the bank, stood in front of the entrance door, went to open an account and left me that my passport is torn but not broken, she just took off the pigmentation and is separated, I have everything is in order and she doesn't want to open an account for me until a guy with good honda came and helped me open an account, she is an old penche, she is not educated with clients, she is aggressive and she doesn't know how to solve problems,

Worst bank and branch. Instead of trying to solve a problem with their client, the branch manager is short tempered and rude. Other associate was kind and reasonable but the branch manager needs additional training.

I used to bank with Suntrust but things are not the same after the merger. There are lot of hidden fees and their employees are slow and not helpful. I don't know if a different location would be better but I rather look for a different company

Worst experience with call center they make me wait more than 1 hour on the call to talk with representative.. and after 1 hour I called from another number and guy was on call .. still waited for the other line on hold .. very worst response .. need to improve
