Worst bank and branch. Instead of trying to solve a problem with their client, the branch manager is short tempered and rude. Other associate was kind and reasonable but the branch manager needs additional training.

I used to bank with Suntrust but things are not the same after the merger. There are lot of hidden fees and their employees are slow and not helpful. I don't know if a different location would be better but I rather look for a different company

Worst experience with call center they make me wait more than 1 hour on the call to talk with representative.. and after 1 hour I called from another number and guy was on call .. still waited for the other line on hold .. very worst response .. need to improve

Made an appointment online but the branch had no record of it.Was able to talk to a banker. I was looking to get a higher interest rate on my savings account but their options are laughable. I'll be closing my savings account with them and taking my money elsewhere.

Waste of time calling the BB&T on Lee Jackson!If you have an issue, you’ll likely hear something like “We’ve never had an issue like this before” or something similar. Their futile attempts at reassurance doesn’t make any difference to me. I’m CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING it and when I hear that I feel unnerved hearing it’s a new problem they’ve never had to solve before! There are so many other ways to reassure customers, stop telling customers stuff like that!

02/16/2021. Great Bank. Definitely live up to their motto. Everyone is so helpful and friendly there, except this one employee Daisy Najarro. This is the 2nd time i had this bad and poor customer service from her.Daisy was not very friendly and helpful during my interaction with her.1st time I tried to ask for help about opening a savings account, but she says "we cant do that, and only financial advisors can do that". So she ask her co worker, and the coworker was able to help me open a sayings account! Then Daisy whispered to her co worker "you don''t have to do that its not our job", right infront of me!2nd interaction (try to be nice to her) with Daisy, i asked if she could change the date of my deposit to my savings account. She kept resisting and told me the bank doesn't do that or she doesn't know how to do it. She kept asking questions and giving a negative attitude like she doesn't want to help and be friendly to the customer (me).My family and I have been to this BBT for almost 10 years and everyone is so helpful. I talked to the branch manager, and told her the bad customer service i had with Daisy. I asked the manager for a survey, but the branch manager said that could affect the branch because of Daisy.
