Super busy the day after Christmas. Walked in around 9am for tire rotation and picked up car about 2 hours later. With Costco membership, it cost only $29.99 to rotate tires not bought from Costco. Sweet deal compared to auto shops.

I had an appointment. I saw a line for the appointment drop-off (members with appointments only). I followed the sign and waited there. Later, I was told to get into the lines with people trying to make purchases. It makes sense to get in line, but then I wish the sign wasn't there to confuse others.
