FEDEX OFFICE @ EASTERN MARKETODD TRANSACTION FEES: I walked into the store, going to the counter and say "I would like to take a digital photo for a visa application?" The 1st gentleman behind the counter said "Let me get the one who can help you. The 2nd gentleman took my picture and said it would take up to 5 minutes to finish everything. I thanked him and looked among the books and other merchandise until the 1st gentleman gestured me to return to the counter. He placed on the counter some passport photos and stated the price of $18. I paid the money and as he gave me the receipt I asked "Where do I retrieve the digital copy? Will someone email it to me, or do I download it from your website? The 1st gentleman said "Well, do you have a drive?" I chuckled "No, who carries flash drives anymore. It is 2023, everything is in the cloud. May I speak to the manager please?" He arrived and repeated twice what was said previously but said it in an uncourteous, cantankerous way. I was distracted by his tone as he was communicating why I needed to pay an additional $5 to get what I asked for. He said the type of machine used in the back to transfer photos will do so only to an USB. I paid the money- not really understanding what the extra 5 bucks was for. But I did know I really needed the picture! I felt stuck between a rock & a hard place because I needed a picture of myself to complete the visa application. BOTTOM LINE: Hindsight is 20/20! I did not quite understand all the moving pieces which I can easily express now (it's been a couple of days, but I still remember the low-vibe engagement). I ended up leaving the venue without a photo because I did not understand what the manager was saying AND after paying 2 fees.CONCLUSION: The stank manager should have given me a refund and never charged the second fee because I may not have understood at the time, but he did!!IMPACT: Since I was participating in graduate courses until 10 pm that evening, my partner had to commute to this location with a flash drive to get my electronic photos before the store closed that day. Otherwise, the photo would have been automatically deleted at midnight. RATING: I give 2 stars... for the first 2 persons I engaged with; however, the store manager can kick rocks because he is a BUSTER & busters don't get nada (SMH)!

FedEx is always expensive, but they did have my somewhat complicated order ready quickly. However, I had to wait for over 10 minutes in line just to pick it up. Either need more staff or separate lines. I've had the same problem getting help when something wouldn't print

My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!

Come here pretty frequently and, am always greeted and assisted almost immediately upon entrance. Today was no different but even better as I was assisted by Gianna P, who made my experience so much easier. She was knowledgeable with different products, patient and careful. She took her time to ensure my needs were heard and implemented. Thanks to her my event will be amazing!

Zero stars. Staff extremely rude, kicked me out because my dog wasn't a service dog after I was already at the front desk. I said can I just drop off my package it has a barcode, she said no not with that dog. No signs on the front of the store either!

This place was open and here when I needed it and I appreciated it. I needed to print out some contract for two appointments that I have early in the morning. This location actually stays open until the late hour of 8pm, whereas most of the other locations close at 6pm or 7pm. The problem that I had is that none of these places open early on Saturdays. Even others don't open at all on Sunday. Unfortunately for me, I do not have a printer at home, so I definitely do rely on office places like this to do most of my printing and copying. They may not always have the fastest of friendly service, but in this instance they were here for me.

Great customer service by Kalvin. He was attentive, answered all my questions, and pretty quick to complete the transaction. The way Jennifer handled customers who were not very happy was in a great way. She kept great customer service with them as well. The store was neat and well kept. The fed ex price was awful, but that's not their fault. Lol Thanks for excellent customer service!

I had THE BEST printing experience with Jen H.! I walked in with a very complex printing project and I needed all the help I could get. Jen H was so patient with me and super knowledgeable about how to get the project completed. I was on a very short deadline and she assured me that she was able to get the project completed within the window I needed. She's really a lifesaver. Oh and of course the prints turned out FANTASTIC!

I noticed the reviews from this store is low, but I have been pretty lucky every time that come here. I am always helped by Jose or Jen H, they are incredible helpful and nice, they guide me trough the whole shipping process, they print my FedEx label free of cost, I feel valued customer here. I highly recommend this FedEx location.

Fed Ex provides horrible service to the East of the River area they discriminate tremendously and lied about me canceling my pick up said that I canceled it when I scheduled it before 11 AM this morning With a pickup window extending to 5 PM. This is not the first time, how do they allow such foolish actions. Previously told me on another occasion that they don't pickup In this area when I have prepaid labels with blood that needs to go to John Hopkins and Georgetown transplant clinics. The worst liars ever how are they able to receive State funds. All of these corporations are ran by the KKK obviously.

Maybe it wasn't so good before? Wondering why there are so few stars... but I've used this location about six times in the past six months, and have received outstanding, friendly and very helpful service here. I've dealt with four different employees for different jobs at different times, but each time I found them knowledgeable, happy to help, and all around excellent at helping me achieve my goal. Best of all, they know what they are doing! I work in graphics, and the fact that they understood was really helpful. As another reviewer noted, this winter it was necc. to stand in line due to Covid, but an employee stood outside with us to make sure the line moved along as quickly as possible- the moment someone left, he allowed a new customer inside.
