FedEx is always expensive, but they did have my somewhat complicated order ready quickly. However, I had to wait for over 10 minutes in line just to pick it up. Either need more staff or separate lines. I've had the same problem getting help when something wouldn't print

Zero stars. Staff extremely rude, kicked me out because my dog wasn't a service dog after I was already at the front desk. I said can I just drop off my package it has a barcode, she said no not with that dog. No signs on the front of the store either!

Horrendous service... staff were rude even after they got my order wrong. They acted like I did something wrong when I asked them to fix it.
