FedEx is always expensive, but they did have my somewhat complicated order ready quickly. However, I had to wait for over 10 minutes in line just to pick it up. Either need more staff or separate lines. I've had the same problem getting help when something wouldn't print

I noticed the reviews from this store is low, but I have been pretty lucky every time that come here. I am always helped by Jose or Jen H, they are incredible helpful and nice, they guide me trough the whole shipping process, they print my FedEx label free of cost, I feel valued customer here.
