This is a great store! We bought a chair from them and after using it a few weeks, it started making a loud sound. The store sent a repair guy out promptly. The chair needed a new part but the manufacturer was slow to send it. So the store just replaced the chair for us. Great customer service!

We visited Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery and they were amazingly helpful. His professionalism and knowledge of all the merchandise was superb and second to none!
