I can always find something that I could use. Best part about At Home Chantilly, I can find most holiday decoration anytime of the year. The only holiday that I can find is St. Patrick Day, always Valentines Day. -Thanks Coco for having a great team.”

“This store was a pleasure to work with. From our salesperson Ramez to Marwin in customer service, the support was outstanding. If I had to do it again, I would make all my purchases at Bob's. As important as the quality of the furniture is and finding items that meet our needs, the customer support outshined every other store we dealt with. This includes stores that were much more expensive than the selection at Bob's. I would take customer support and service and rank that as #1 when making future purchases. Thank you Bob's and staff for making the shopping experience seamless. Other stores in Virginia need to take a lesson from you.”

“Absolutely fantastic shopping experience thanks to the professional assistance by sales rep Dunya Mejia and store manager Karen Oliva. The Sterling store is stocked with lots of choices. We went there on July 1 just to see what reclining chairs were offered, and purchased the exact chair I was looking for: a black leather Neo recliner with all the bells & whistles. I endorse this store, its staff, and its stock without hesitation. Top-notch shopping experience!”

“We recently updated the kitchen lighting to improve both brightness and fixture placement, and the electrician handled the entire project in just a day. The work involved adjusting some of the existing wiring and installing new fixtures positioned to better distribute light across the workspace. Everything was completed efficiently, with careful attention to both function and finish. Before the upgrade, certain areas of the kitchen felt dim or unevenly lit, which made cooking and prep work less convenient. Now, the space feels much more evenly illuminated, practical, and comfortable to use, while also creating a warmer and more inviting ambiance overall.”

“Ross Dress For Less — is what it is. Looking for economy, looking for whatever you can find then this is the store for you. We went to the location in Chantilly VA. And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”

“I called the Gabe’s store in Manassas to ask about an item, since I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip without knowing if it was in stock. Although they don’t have a live inventory system. Your associate Grace took my call and went above and beyond—she personally checked the floor, found a similar item, and even sent me a photo from her own phone so I could confirm whether that was the item. I truly wasn’t expecting that level of care. She followed through exactly as she said she would, and her willingness to help made a big impression on me. This is the kind of customer service you don’t come across often anymore. I hope her management recognizes her for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful. Thank you again Grace, Wowed customer”
