“We recently updated the kitchen lighting to improve both brightness and fixture placement, and the electrician handled the entire project in just a day. The work involved adjusting some of the existing wiring and installing new fixtures positioned to better distribute light across the workspace. Everything was completed efficiently, with careful attention to both function and finish. Before the upgrade, certain areas of the kitchen felt dim or unevenly lit, which made cooking and prep work less convenient. Now, the space feels much more evenly illuminated, practical, and comfortable to use, while also creating a warmer and more inviting ambiance overall.”

“I called the Gabe’s store in Manassas to ask about an item, since I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip without knowing if it was in stock. Although they don’t have a live inventory system. Your associate Grace took my call and went above and beyond—she personally checked the floor, found a similar item, and even sent me a photo from her own phone so I could confirm whether that was the item.
I truly wasn’t expecting that level of care. She followed through exactly as she said she would, and her willingness to help made a big impression on me. This is the kind of customer service you don’t come across often anymore.
I hope her management recognizes her for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful.
