You have terrible customer service for telephone information ! Whenever my wife or I try to call, the phone rings forever before it is answered. Sometimes the call never gets answered. When it does get answered it is a recording. What does it take to get a real person?

Good place to get home building materials. There used to be lots of sales people at Lowe's to help customers, but the last visit was not as good as before. They were very very helpful in previous visits. I guess everywhere, there are downsizing. At least they are still in business, which is great.

Things seem easier to find in this Lowe's. I had to return something bought online - it was a breeze and associate who helped me was very good and capable.
