Chantilly Shell is a trusted, full-service auto repair center. The manager and mechanics are professional, courteous, honest, and fair. Service is excellent and superb, often fast and professional. Many customers have used their services for years without complaint. While there can sometimes be a long wait time, especially near the end of the month, the experience is mostly positive with no upsell or pressure tactics. It is a recommended go-to shop for vehicle inspection and emissions.

Great spot to get a state safety inspection for your car in northern Virginia. The staff is straightforward, efficient, and walks you through anything that needs replacement. Highly recommend!

I had a nail in my tire and went to the Exxon by the CVS nearby, but after hearing their prices I came here instead. Katie and Matt were both super nice, and after talking with Katie for a bit, she even let me go inside the bay when I asked. I was able to watch Matt work, and he did a great job.
