Chantilly Shell is a trusted, full-service auto repair center. The manager and mechanics are professional, courteous, honest, and fair. Service is excellent and superb, often fast and professional. Many customers have used their services for years without complaint. While there can sometimes be a long wait time, especially near the end of the month, the experience is mostly positive with no upsell or pressure tactics. It is a recommended go-to shop for vehicle inspection and emissions.
Fantastic location, came in to do my oil change and the process was seamless. Matt and Jeff were super helpful in the process, highly recommend this gas station in the area!

Matt was awesome to work with. ON a business trip, my vehicle was having some engine trouble. His team got the car fixed in a few hours and I was on my way. I really appreciate everyone getting me taken care of so quickly.
