They fail vehicle inspections for any LED bulbs. Even dealerships do not fail you for LED bulbs.

Usually this shell in the past was good for inspections but this experience I’ll never go back. I waited a hour and half which can be typical around here due to heavy population. So back to the story. I waited that long and then they come over to my car and shut down the inspections because while I and other cars had been waiting there a company shows up to install what looks to be a new garage car lift and they needed to shut down the computers for some reason and could not do anymore inspections. Really? Is that the right way to run a business? To turn customers away? So there were like 4 cars in line. I was like 2nd behind the first car and we all witnessed this company show up to install this lift. If I was the owner of this business I would had made the company installing the lift to wait until we finished up with the 4 cars before shutting down the inspection line just because the fact was that we were there way before the company installing this lift arrived. Just a horrible experience,if I could give zero star review I would and highly recommend going elsewhere for your next inspection on your vehicle.

Brian and his team at this Shell station are extremely courteous and professional, and do an excellent job. It is also refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and straightforward.

The inspector, Matthew Carr took almost 1 hr per car inspection. He placed floor jack under sub-frame of my heavy grand van. Sadly, he ended up damaging my van and failed it for frame issue. Hope the station be aware before getting into major monetary troubles.

Service excellent, never take long for the inspection. I have been taking their service for many years ,don’t have any complaint .inspector is so friendly and his service superb.

Refused to even inspect my car due to aftermarket exhaust, despite my car passing inspections multiple times in other locations for the past 6 years. Would not even attempt to do the emissions test and flat out said he would fail me. Very rude, would not recommend this location for inspections.
