I’ve had my Ford serviced at Ted Britt Chantilly for a while now, and I can say without hesitation that their service department is outstanding. The real standout is Angel in the service department. Every single visit, she delivers exceptional customer service with clear communication, genuine kindness, and a level of patience that honestly makes it a joy to bring my vehicle in. She takes all the stress out of the process and makes you feel taken care of from start to finish.
The dealership has also stood firmly behind their warranty and service work, which gives me a lot of confidence. But the truth is, the number one reason I keep coming back is Angel. She’s the best at what she does.
I also want to mention William Gray, who sold me my vehicle. He was so clear and honest and really recommended the right vehicle for me and my family without feeling like anything was being pushed on me. Between his professionalism and Angel’s incredible service each time I have brought my vehicle in for schedualed maintenance, I would absolutely buy from Ted Britt Chantilly again.

Angel was my service provider. She does an outstanding job. She’s very professional communicates well knows whats needs to be done and how long it will take. She’s batting 1000 my last two visits and that’s why when I go back I will specifically ask for her.

Great experience with Arya and Hasan. Leased a 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-e here. Fair negotiation, smooth paperwork process and they were forthcoming with all the information required for a new EV owner like me! 100% would recommend for anyone looking to get a Ford in the NoVa area!

The sale manager refused to correct small deficiencies on the vehicle before purchased.
The sale manager denied my trade-in at $750. Clearly it was worth it.
No one called me when the vehicle was reduced 2 days later as a cutesy.
The $500 incentive was not revealed as a credit by lowering the interest until at the end of payment.
The finance manager didn't know the cost of the vehicle was reduced.
Finance paperwork was not filled out in advance of a signature.
The sale person was 30 minutes picking me up from closest train station after given a 3 hour advance request.
Noone went over the vehicle with me before, during, or after purchase.
The sale person didn't install the license plate for a lack of knowledge.
The staff with the exception of the FM, had a uncaring attitude and tune.
The extra key was locked away and I had to wait several minutes until the safe was opened.
The customer service was the worst i have ever seen for a major purchase.
BTW, the staff should not refer to male customers as Brother, especially someone who 30 years their senior. A clear a lack of training and respect.
There no follow up from the sale person after the purchase.

I am so glad to be back with Ted Britt Ford! My parents always purchased their vehicles from Ted Britt Ford and they were always taken care of so I started buying my cars from them for years until I moved to Winchester and decided to buy closer to home. Big mistake, huge mistake the Customer Service and the Service Department at the other dealership could not even compare to Ted Britt Ford and I knew it was worth the drive so last Friday I decided to trade that car in to Ted Britt Ford Chantilly and I am happy to be home again! Never again will I buy anywhere else but Ted Britt Ford every Department at Ted Britt Ford can only be described as Customer Service Excellence. It’s good to be back home again.

Sent a widow sticker of what I was looking for on a whim. A Red F-150 Standard cab are hard to find. William Gray got the email and week later I got an email. Found it! Everything I wanted was there. Loved the work put into this. Most dealerships couldn’t or wouldn’t even entertain the idea. William made it happen. Thank you Ted Britt Ford!!!
